Following a review of our Returns Policy, going forward, we will only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged or where incorrect goods have inadvertently been sent. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days (14 days for international customers) of receipt by using the Returns Form which accompanies your order. Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed.
Once a refund has been processed, the refund amount will be credited to your account or a voucher will be issued to you, depending on the circumstances**.

Vouchers can be viewed by going to ‘my account’ and then ‘my vouchers’ on our website. The voucher can be used against your next purchase. Please note the vouchers do have an expiry date and should be used in a timely manner. In the event you require a refund a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange the same.
All returned goods must be returned in their original condition & packaging including labels.
If the returned item is part of a pack we are only liable to credit for the faulty items within the pack.
We are unable to send replacement items including splitting packs to replace faulty stock. If the item is still in stock please feel free to book again and we can add it to your next order.
We are not liable for the postage costs of returned items. (We are only able to credit postage cost for faulty items, with a ceiling of a maximum of £6.00) We are only able to credit postage for faulty items up to the value of £6.00. All other charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending returns within the UK by Recorded Delivery or Royal Mails Track & Trace service.
